Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Flow Border Community, its online classes, member discussions, related materials and paid memberships. The service is offered by Headshot America LLC, doing business as Flow Border, a Delaware limited liability company with a registered address at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 301, Newark, Delaware 19713-4323, United States.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not share an individual account or use the service for an unlawful purpose.

2. Educational service

Flow Border Community provides educational classes, resources and member access related to online sales. Available lessons, events, discussion areas and member benefits may vary by plan and date. The service provides education and discussion, and does not guarantee revenue, profit, campaign performance or another business result.

3. Free and paid access

Some content may be available through a free account. Paid membership unlocks the features listed at checkout for the selected billing period. The price, billing interval, renewal terms and included benefits appear before you submit payment.

4. Billing and renewal

When you purchase a recurring membership, you authorize the payment provider to charge the stated amount at the stated interval until cancellation. Taxes may be added when required. You can cancel future renewal through available account controls or by emailing all@flowborder.com. Cancellation ordinarily leaves access active until the end of the paid period.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy displayed on this site and any additional terms presented at checkout. Rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain in effect.

6. Community conduct

Members must treat other people respectfully, avoid spam, protect personal information and follow the rules posted inside each community area. We may remove content or restrict an account to address harassment, fraud, unlawful content, security risks or a material breach of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Community website, classes, recordings, documents, brand assets and platform materials belong to Flow Border or their respective licensors. Your membership grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access them during the applicable period. You may not resell, publish, copy or distribute the materials without written permission.

8. Member content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Flow Border the permissions needed to host, display, moderate and operate that content within the service. Do not submit material you do not have the right to use, confidential payment information or another person's personal data without a lawful basis.

9. Service changes

We may update classes, schedules, instructors, features and discussion areas as the Community changes. When a change materially affects a paid membership, we will provide the notice required by applicable law and honor any rights stated at checkout.

10. Third-party services

The Community may use third-party services for member access, video, email, analytics and payment processing. Those providers control the availability and operation of their services under their own terms.

11. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Community is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular business result. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
