Refund Policy

Membership cancellation

You may cancel a future renewal through the account controls available to you or by emailing all@flowborder.com. Cancellation stops future recurring charges and ordinarily leaves access active until the end of the paid billing period.

Refund requests

Membership fees are non-refundable after the applicable service period begins, except when required by law or when the checkout terms state otherwise. We will review duplicate charges, verified billing errors and a material failure to provide the membership access purchased.

How to request a review

Email all@flowborder.com with the account email, charge date, amount and reason for the request. Do not send full card numbers or passwords. We may request information needed to identify the transaction and evaluate the request.

Approved refunds

An approved refund is sent to the original payment method. The payment provider and card issuer control the time needed for the credit to appear.

Applicable law

This Policy does not limit cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights that cannot be waived under the law applicable to the purchase.
